أدوار وتوجهات السياسة الخارجية: دراسة تحليلية/roles And Directions Of Foreign Policy: An Analytical Study

الملخص
تعتمد توجهات أدوار السياسة الخارجية على محددات متعددة، منها القوة الاقتصادية، والقدرة العسكرية، والإيديولوجيا السياسية، بالإضافة إلى طبيعة النظام الدولي القائم. وفي هذا السياق، يمكن تصنيف أدوار السياسة الخارجية إلى عدة أنماط رئيسية، منها الدور القيادي، والدور الوسيط، والدور التابع، والدور المحايد، حيث تسعى كل دولة إلى تحديد موقعها وفقًا لإمكاناتها وطموحاتها الدولية. وجميع صور أدوار السياسة الخارجية تظهر كمخرجات لاحد التوجهات العامة للسياسة الخارجية ،كالتوجه العالمي اوالاقليمي، توجه الحفاظ على الوضع الراهن في العلاقات الدولية او توجه تغيير الوضع الراهن في العلاقات الدولية ، او التوجه التدخلي او التوجه اللا تدخلي. The orientations of foreign policy roles depend on multiple determinants, including economic power, military capacity, and political ideology, in addition to the nature of the existing international system. In this context, foreign policy roles can be classified into several main types, including leadership, mediating, subordinate, and neutral, with each country seeking to determine its position based on its international capabilities and ambitions. All forms of foreign policy roles emerge as the result of one of the general trends in foreign policy, such as global or regional orientation, orientation toward maintaining the status quo in international relations or orientation toward changing the status quo in international relations, or interventionist or non-interventionist orientation.
