The Use Of Educational Technology Competencies By Special Education Teachers And The Key Obstacles: A Field Study On A Sample Of Teachers Of Children With Hearing Impairments In The Wilaya Of Saïda And Mascara

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to identify the obstacles faced by special education educators in utilizing educational technological competencies. To achieve this objective, the descriptive research method was employed, and a questionnaire consisting of 18 items was administered to a sample of 61 special education educators from schools for hearing disabilities in Saida and Camp during the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. The study's findings indicate that the primary obstacles faced by special education educators in the use of educational technological competencies include insufficient technological resources in schools relative to the number of students, the lack of training courses for educators in technology, and unsuitable classrooms for using technological tools. The results also reveal that there are no statistically significant differences in the educators' views regarding the challenges of using educational technological competencies based on gender, teacher class, or professional seniority. Keywords: Obstacles, Special Education Educators, Educational Technological Competencies الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على معيقات استخدام مربي التربية الخاصة للكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وطبق لغرض الدراسة استبيان مكون من (18) فقرة، على عينة مكونة من (61) من مربي التربية الخاصة بمدارس الإعاقة السمعية بولايتي سعيدة ومعسكر خلال الفصل الأول من السنة الدراسية (2024/2025)، وخلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أبرز المعيقات التي تواجه مربي التربية الخاصة نحو استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية هي أن الوسائل التكنولوجية داخل المدارس غير كافية مقارنة بعدد التلاميذ، وغياب الدورات التدريبية لفائدة المربين في مجال التكنولوجيا، وقاعات التدريس لا تلاءم استخدام الوسائل التكنولوجية بها، كما خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلىعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في آراء مربي التربية الخاصة في تحديات استخدام الكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس وصنف المدرس والأقدمية المهنية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعيقات، مربي التربية الخاصة، الكفايات التكنولوجية التعليمية
