الملخص
شهدت تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة تقدمًا ملحوظًا جعلها عنصرًا محوريًا في تطوير العملية التعليمية، خاصة في مجال تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. وتزداد أهميتها بالنسبة للتلاميذ المعاقين سمعيًا، نظرًا لحاجتهم إلى وسائل بصرية وتفاعلية تساعدهم على استيعاب المحتوى التعليمي وفهمه بصورة أوضح. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء مدى إسهام هذه التقنيات في دعم تعلم هذه الفئة، من خلال دراسة ميدانية أجريت على عينة من أساتذة مدرسة الأطفال المعاقين سمعيًا بمدينة الأغواط. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، واستخدمت أدوات بحثية كالملاحظة والاستبيان. أظهرت النتائج أنّ الوسائط التكنولوجية الملائمة تعزز التواصل داخل القسم، وتزيد من تفاعل التلاميذ، وتسهم في تحسين الفهم والتحصيل الأكاديمي. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز البنية الرقمية وتكوين الأساتذة في مجال توظيف التكنولوجيا بما يتناسب مع خصوصيات الإعاقة السمعية. Abstract :Modern communication technologies have witnessed significant advancements, making them a central element in enhancing the educational process, particularly for learners with special needs. Their importance is even greater for hearing-impaired students, who require visual and interactive tools to facilitate the comprehension and assimilation of educational content. This study aims to investigate the contribution of these technologies in supporting the learning of this group through a field study conducted on a sample of students at the School for Hearing-Impaired Children in Laghouat. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing observation and questionnaires as primary data collection tools. The results indicate that appropriate technological tools enhance classroom interaction, improve students’ engagement, and positively influence understanding and academic achievement. The study concludes by recommending the development of an integrated digital learning environment and the training of teachers to effectively employ these tools in accordance with the specific needs of hearing-impaired learners
