أساليب التكفل بالمتفوقين والموهوبين في الجزائر (دراسة ميدانية في كل من مدينة سعيدة – بلعباس -معسكر)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية التكفل بالموهوبين و المتوفقين في المؤسسات المدرسية الجزائرية ، وقد جاء التساؤل الرئيسي للدراسة : ما هي أشكال التكفل بالموهوبين للدولة الجزائرية ،و لهذا غرض صمم استبيان طبق على 300 أستاذا في المرحلة الثانوية و50 مديرا و 22 مشرفا تربويا، و قسم الاستبيان إلى ثلاثة محاور هم التكفل التربوي ،و التكفل النفسي ، و التكفل الاكاديمي للتقصي أساليب الرعاية و التكفل ،و كان من نتائجه أن الجزائر لا تولي اهتماما كبيرا بالمتفوقين دراسيا ، وهم يعاملون كغيرهم من التلاميذ العادين، و يدرسون في نفس المؤسسات ،و بنفس المناهج . -عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في أساليب التكفل لفئة الموهوبين والمتوفقين باختلاف وظائفهم. - عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائيا في أساليب التكفل لفئة الموهوبين والمتوفقين باختلاف مدنهم .
