The Relationship Between Self-efficacy And Psychological Adjustment Among Special Education Educators: A Field Study On A Sample Of Special Education Educators And Teachers In Specialized Centers In The Wilaya Of El Oued

Abstract
A Abstract: This study aimed to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and psychological adjustment among a sample of educators for children with special needs in specialized centers in the Wilaya of El Oued. To achieve this objective, a descriptive correlational method was used. The study was conducted on a random sample of 46 educators. The data collection tools included the Self-Efficacy Scale developed by Adel Al-Adl (2001) and the Psychological Adjustment Scale by Zainab Mahmoud Shaqir (2003). After applying the appropriate statistical methods, the study reached the following conclusions: • There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and psychological adjustment among special education educators. • There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and personal adjustment among special education educators. • There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and health adjustment among special education educators. • There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and family adjustment among special education educators. • There is no statistically significant correlation between self-efficacy and social adjustment among special education educators.
