Projective Production In Emergency Department Nurses (sidi Okba Medical Emergency Department As An Example)

Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the type of projective production in medical emergency nurses, as it is considered the most burdened category in terms of services, especially in the shift period that is sometimes in the morning and sometimes at night, as we find direct dealing with the patient and sometimes clashes with the family; to answer this study, we used a set of clinical tools from clinical observation, semi-guided clinical interview and Rorschach projective test to assess the psychological state in depth, especially the pregenital stages on cases of emergency room patients. The findings are as follows: - Projective production in ER nurses is characterized by a balanced psychological profile. - The presence of some traits including introverted tendencies belonging to the depressive register due to burnout at work. هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن نوع الإنتاج الإسقاطي لدى ممرضات الاستعجالات الطبية، حيث تعتبر الفئة الأكثر عبئا من حيث الخدمات، خاصة في فترة المناوبة التي تكون أحيانا في الصباح وأحيانا في الليل، حيث نجد التعامل المباشر مع المريض وأحيانا يتصادم مع الأسرة؛ للإجابة على هذه الدراسة استخدمنا مجموعة من الأدوات العيادية من الملاحظة العيادية مقابلة العيادية نصف موجهة واختبار رورشاخ الإسقاطي لتقييم الحالة النفسية بشكل متعمق، وخاصة مراحل ما قبل التناسلية في حالات مرضى غرفة الطوارئ. النتائج هي كما يلي: - يتميز الإنتاج الإسقاطي لدى ممرضات الاستعجالات بملف نفسي متوازن. - وجود بعض السمات بما في ذلك الميول الانطوائية التي تنتمي إلى السجل الاكتئابي بسبب الإرهاق في العمل.
