The rapid economic growth and the increasing need for institutions to adopt smart machines to keep up with ongoing technological transformations will have direct consequences on the world of employment and work relationships. This is due to the thousands of positions that will be eliminated as a result of task automation across all sectors. This technological development will also impact work relationships at all stages (its inception, implementation, and termination). In the absence of specific legislation for artificial intelligence during this transitional phase, it is initially possible to apply the current labour law, provided it is adapted to these transformations and a charter is established to commit to ethical standards, ensuring equal access to this technology for all, including the less privileged.
