Abstract

This study aimed to test the impact of knowledge management in promoting innovative culture through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior. A questionnaire was developed and distributed to 200 male and female professors working at the Faculty of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences at the University of Algiers 3, who were selected randomly. After collecting the data, the software (Smart PLS) was used to analyze it and using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the hypotheses formulated according to the model of Preacher and Hayes (2008). One of the most important findings of the study is that there is a direct impact of knowledge management on both innovative culture and organizational citizenship behavior, while there is no indirect impact of knowledge management on innovative culture through the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior.
