Authors : Kadi Abdelhakim . Bessa Sami .

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of organizational justice in improving job satisfaction among employees. A field study was conducted at the level of the General Directorate of the National Insurance Company SAA, where we examined the role of the three main dimensions of organizational justice in enhancing job satisfaction (evaluative justice, procedural justice, and distributive justice). A total of 41 questionnaire forms were adopted, targeting senior executives, executives, and control officers. The results were extracted and analyzed using the SPSS statistical software, version 26. The study concluded that organizational justice plays a role in improving job satisfaction. Specifically, the dimensions of evaluative justice and distributive justice contributed to enhancing job satisfaction. However, the study also found that procedural justice does not play a role in improving job satisfaction in the company under study.
