الملخص
ملخص: تكتسي ظاهرتي الجريمة والانحراف طابعا اجتماعيا سلبيا، وظاهرة مرضية ترفضها المجتمعات ويستهجنها الأفراد، باعتبارها تخالف المنظومة القيمية والأخلاقية التي ينشـأ عليها أفراد الجماعة الواحدة، لهذا تسعى مؤسسات المجتمع ومؤسسات الضبط الاجتماعي إلى رفض الممارسات غير الأخلاقية و الانحرافية كونها تهدد استقرار النسق المجتمعي، ويتخذ ذلك الرفض للمجرمين والمنحرفين أشكالا كثيرة منها الوصم الاجتماعي، الذي يتشكل كثقافة مجتمعية واحدة تنظر إلى الموصوم اجتماعيا كمخالف للجماعة ومهدد لسلامتها واستقرارها، فيتخذ أفراد تلك الجماعة موقفا سلبيا تجاهه، يعتبر بمثابة عقاب اجتماعي للمسبوق إجراميا وانحرافيا، مما يبدي استجابة عكسية من طرف هذا الأخير، فينخرط مجددا في جماعة تقبله وتعتبره عضوا فاعلا فيها وبذلك يعود إلى الجريمة والانحراف، هذا مادفعنا في ورقتنا البحثية هذه في البحث عن الأبعاد النفسية والاجتماعية لهذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية باعتبارها طريقا لعودة المسبوق إلى عالم الجريمة، منطلقين من تساؤل رئيسي مفاده ماهي الأبعاد النفسية والاجتماعية لظاهرة الوصم الاجتماعي على الموصوم اجتماعيا، وكيف يمكن اعتبارها إحدى أسباب عودة المسبوق إلى عالم الجريمة والانحراف؟. Abstract: Crime and deviance are inherently negative social phenomena, often perceived as pathological conditions that are rejected by societies and condemned by individuals. This rejection stems from the fact that such behaviors violate the moral and value systems upon which members of a given community are socialized. Accordingly, societal institutions and mechanisms of social control strive to suppress unethical and deviant behaviors, as they pose a threat to the stability and coherence of the social system. One prominent form of this societal rejection is social stigma, which emerges as a shared cultural perception that views the stigmatized individual as a deviant and a danger to the safety and stability of the group. As a result, community members often adopt negative attitudes toward the stigmatized person, effectively imposing a form of social punishment on the individual with a history of criminal or deviant behavior. This social exclusion may provoke a counterproductive response from the stigmatized person, leading them to seek acceptance in alternative social groups that validate their identity and behavior, thereby increasing the likelihood of recidivism. This paper seeks to explore the psychological and social dimensions of this phenomenon, considering social stigma as a potential pathway leading formerly convicted individuals back into crime and deviance. The study is guided by the central research question: What are the psychological and social dimensions of social stigma on stigmatized individuals, and how can stigma be considered a contributing factor to their return to criminal and deviant behavior?
