Artificial Intelligence In Algerian Higher Education: A Theoretical Future Vision And Anticipation Of Challenges

Abstract
This research paper aims to understand the future use of artificial intelligence (AI) in Algerian higher education by analyzing digital infrastructure and technical and human readiness. The findings revealed significant challenges Algerian universities face in applying AI, such as lacking infrastructure and specialized training. However, the study highlighted substantial opportunities to improve education quality through intelligent educational systems, adaptive learning, and personalized student support. The study recommends developing comprehensive strategies to enhance digital infrastructure, provide continuous training programs, and establish specialized research centers to support innovation, thereby improving the global competitiveness of Algerian educational institutions.
