المقاولاتية المستديمة وخدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، دراسة نظرية

الملخص
يعتبر موضوع المقاولاتية المستديمة من أبرز موضوعات التي لاقت اهتمام من قبل مختلف العلوم والتخصصات ومن بينها العلوم الاجتماعية خاصة في الآونة الأخيرة، إذ أن المقاولاتية تعتبر حلا لمشكلة البطالة لحاملي الشهادات الجامعية، إذ أصبحت توجه مواضيع معظم مواضيع التخرج نحو إنشاء الفكر المقاولاتي من أجل تطبيقه على أرض الواقع، والسبب الذي جعل علم الاجتماع يهتم بالمقاولاتية هو أنها تحتمل في طياتها تعالج العديد من المشكلات الاجتماعية كما ذكرنا مشكلة البطالة كأبرز المشاكل الاجتماعية، وليس هذا فحسب بل تعمل على تقديم الرعاية الاجتماعية لمختلف أفراد المجتمع وذلك من خلال إيجاد حلول لهذه المشكلات من بينها دعم الشباب في تجسيد أفكارهم المقاولاتية ومنه يتم تحقيق منصب عمل يحفظ كرامة الإنسان ويلبي احتياجاته، وعليه نهدف من خلال ورقتنا البحثية إلى تحديد الإطار النظري لكل من المقاولاتية والرعاية الاجتماعية. Abstract: The topic of sustainable entrepreneurship is one of the most prominent topics that has received attention from various sciences and disciplines, including social sciences, especially recently, as entrepreneurship is considered a solution to the unemployment problem for university degree holders, as most graduation topics have become directed towards creating entrepreneurial thought in order to apply it on the ground, and the reason that made sociology interested in entrepreneurship is that it includes addressing many social problems, as we mentioned the problem of unemployment as the most prominent social problem, and not only that, but it works to provide social care to various members of society by finding solutions to these problems, including supporting young people in embodying their entrepreneurial ideas, and from there achieving a job position that preserves human dignity and meets their needs, and accordingly, we aim through our research paper to determine the theoretical framework for both entrepreneurship and social car.
