الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء حول قضية اجتماعية تشهد انتشارا واسعا خاصة ضمن المجتمعات النامية، ألا وهي ظاهرة التهميش الاجتماعي أو الهامشية الاجتماعية، إذ انطلقت هذه الدراسة من التعرف على ماهية هذه الظاهرة وخلفيتها التاريخية، وامتداداتها وتمثلاتها اجتماعيا واقتصاديا وسياسيا وثقافيا...الخ، ثم سعت هذه الدراسة إلى قراءة وتحليل هذه الظاهرة في المجتمع الجزائري، خاصة وأنها تعرف تنامي كبير في مجالات عديدة، مما ساهم في عدم تسارع وتيرة النمو وتأخرها عن الركب الحضاري العالمي Abstract: This research paper aims to shed light on a social issue that is widespread, especially within developing societies, namely the phenomenon of social marginalization or social marginality. This study began by identifying the nature of this phenomenon, its historical background, and its extensions and representations socially, economically, politically, and culturally. Etc. Then, this study sought to read and analyze this phenomenon in Algerian society, especially since it is witnessing significant growth in many areas, which contributed to the lack of acceleration of the pace of growth and its lag behind the global cultural curve.
