المقاولاتية المستديمة في خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية المفهوم، الابعاد والتحديات

الملخص
تهدف المداخلة إلى استعراض الإطار المفاهيمي للمقاولاتية المستديمة وأهميتها في تعزيز خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية، حيث ركزت على تعريف المقاولاتية المستديمة كنموذج اقتصادي يدمج بين الربحية والابتكار وتحقيق الأهداف الاجتماعية والبيئية، مع التركيز على خدمات الرعاية الاجتماعية التي تشمل الصحة، التعليم، ومكافحة الفقر. كما تتناول هذه المداخلة أبعاد المقاولاتية المستديمة الثلاثة: البعد الاقتصادي (تحقيق الربحية و توفير فرص عمل مستدامة)، البعد الاجتماعي (تحسين جودة الحياة للفئات الهشة) , و البعد البيئي( تشجيع ممارسات الصديقة للبيئة).كما تسلط الضوء على سماتها , مثل الابتكار , الشمولية , و الاستدامة و خصائصها , مثل المرونة و التوجه نحو الحلول العملية. تستعرض هذه المداخلة أيضا أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق هذا النموذج كنقص التمويل، غياب التشريعات الداعمة وضعف الوعي المجتمعي. و في الختام قدمنا جملة من التوصيات لتعزيز المقاولاتية المستديمة من خلال سياسات حكومية مشجعة , شراكات استراتيجية , و توظيف التكنولوجيا لتحقيق تنمية متوازنة و مستديمة. Abstract: The intervention aims to review the conceptual framework of sustainable contracting and its importance in strengthening social welfare services, focusing on defining sustainable contracting as an economic model that integrates profitability and innovation and achieving social and environmental goals, with a focus on social welfare services that include health, education, and combating poverty. This intervention also addresses the three dimensions of sustainable contracting: the economic dimension (achieving profitability and providing sustainable employment), the social dimension (improving quality of life for vulnerable groups), and the environmental dimension (promoting environmentally friendly practices). It also highlights its features, such as innovation, inclusivity, sustainability and its characteristics, such as flexibility and orientation towards practical solutions. This intervention also reviews the main challenges facing the application of this model as lack of funding, lack of supporting legislation and poor community awareness. In conclusion, we made a number of recommendations to promote sustainable contracting through encouraging government policies, strategic partnerships, and the use of technology to achieve balanced and sustainable development.
