Algerian Adapted Education In Legislative Texts Today

Abstract

The education system has faced and continues to face many problems in its region, such as school dropout, school failure, which has affected the pupil and his relatives in particular and the educational family in general. It has also affected his integration within his school room, where he suffers from educational difficulties and his inability to conform to his school surroundings, making him vulnerable to repetition and repetition and unable to comply with instructions and understand academic subjects. Adapted education is one of the educational methods that helps it to prevail over educational difficulties, integrate into regular lecture rooms and practice education in a systematic manner. Through this article, we are able to analyse the most vital ministerial circulars that have arrived here in the form of legislative texts that explain the nature of adapted education and reveal its reality between perspective and implementation. واجه النظام التعليمي ولا يزال يواجه العديد من المشاكل في منطقته، كالتسرب المدرسي، والرسوب الدراسي، مما أثر على التلميذ وأقاربه بشكل خاص والأسرة التعليمية بشكل عام. كما أثر على اندماجه داخل غرفته المدرسية، حيث يعاني من صعوبات تعليمية وعدم قدرته على التوافق مع محيطه المدرسي مما يجعله عرضة للتكرار والرسوب مجددا وغير قادر على التقيد بالتعليمات وفهم المواد الأكاديمية. ويعتبر التعليم المكيف أحد الطرق التربوية التي تساعده على الانتصار على الصعوبات التعليمية والاندماج داخل غرف المحاضرات العادية وممارسة التعليم بطريقة منتظمة، ونحن قادرون على السعي من خلال هذه المادة لتحليل أقصى قدر من التعميمات الوزارية الحيوية التي وصلت إلى هنا في شكل نصوص تشريعية تشرح طبيعة التعليم المكيّف وتكشف عن واقعه بين التنظير والتنفيذ.
