Abstract
Abstract: The digital transformation in the field of scientific research has resulted in a violation of the ethical rules of scientific honesty and infringement of intellectual property rights. The Algerian University has kept pace with this transformation by using appropriate mechanisms to confront the ethical, legislative and technical challenges in the field, It aims to uncover the following problem: In light of the digital transformation, how can the integrity of scientific research be guaranteed, according to the legal texts regulating scientific research activities in Algeria?. أدى التحول الرقمي في مجال البحث العلمي، إلى خرق القواعد الاخلاقية لاصول الامانة العلمية، والتعدي على حقوق الملكية الفكرية، فكانت الجامعة الجزائرية، ملزمة بمواكبة هذا التحول واستعمال آليات مناسبة لمواجهة التحديات الأخلاقية والتشريعية والتقنية في مجال تسيير نشاطات التعليم العالي، وهو ما تهدف هذه الدراسة لكشفه بالإجابة على الاشكالية التالية: في ظل التحول الرقمي في مجال تسيير خدمات التعليم العالي بالجزائر، ماهي الآليات المستعملة لضمان نزاهة وجودة البحوث العلمية وترشيد تسيير نشاطات البحث العلمي، حسب النصوص التشريعية والتنظيمية المتخذة لتحقيق ذلك في الجامعة الجزائرية ؟.
