الملخص

ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف، من أبرزها: • تقييم فعالية المنظومة التكوينية الحالية، وقياس مدى ملاءمتها مع متطلبات الممارسة التعليمية الفعلية لتحقيق جودة تعليمية مستدامة. • اقتراح آليات تطويرية فعّالة تسهم في الارتقاء بمستوى الأداء المهني للمعلم، وتفعيل مقاربات تكوينية متكاملة تستجيب للتحديات الراهنة والمستقبلية، بما يضمن تحسينًا مستدامًا في مخرجات العملية التعليمية. يرتكز منهج الدراسة على مقاربة تحليلية نوعية، تستند إلى قراءة نقدية لواقع التكوين، مدعومة بالخبرة الميدانية للباحث كأستاذ مؤطر في برامج التكوين التتابعي لأساتذة التعليم الابتدائي الجدد. خلصت الدراسة إلى التأكيد على أهمية بناء نظام تكويني مرن، شامل ومتجدد، قادر على تطوير كفاءات الموارد البشرية في القطاع، وضمان استدامة جودة التعليم على المدى الطويل. Abstract: The study aims to accomplish several key objectives, including • Evaluating the effectiveness of the current teacher’s training system and assessing its alignment with the actual demands of educational practice to ensure sustainable educational quality. • Proposing practical and effective mechanisms that enhance the professional performance of educators while implementing integrated training approaches that respond to the current and future challenges, thereby ensuring sustained improvement in educational outcomes. The present study adopts a qualitative analytical approach, grounded in a critical examination for the current state of teacher training. This analysis is further informed by the researcher’s field experience as a pedagogical mentor in in-service training programs for newly recruited primary school teachers. The study concludes by underscoring the necessity of establishing a flexible, comprehensive, and dynamic training system capable of developing the competencies of human resources in the education sector and ensuring the long-term sustainability of educational quality.
