الملخص
ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على فعالية نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية الذي يهدف إلى حماية العنصر البشري من الوقوع في الحوادث والتعرض للإصابات في بيئة العمل، حيث يعتبر نظام "الأوشا" جزء أساسي من إستراتيجيات المؤسسات للحفاظ على موردها البشري الذي يعتبر الركيزة الأساسية في المؤسسة، وقد تم التطرق في هذه الدراسة الى النموذج "الأوشا" الأمريكي الذي تم إنشاؤه في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بهدف التحكم في الحوادث المهنية التي تقع في المؤسسات الصناعية مع ذكر أهمية هذه المعايير والتحديات التي تواجهها. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة والسلامة المهنية، حوادث العمل، نظام الأوشا Abstract: This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety system that aims to protect the human element from falling into accidents and exposure to injuries in the work environment, where the 'Aosha' system is an essential part of the institutions' strategies to preserve its human resource, which is the basic pillar in the institution, and this study has been discussed in the American 'Aosha' model that was created in the United States of America with the aim of controlling professional incidents that occur in institutions Industriel, avec l'importance de ces normes et défis auxquels elle est confrontée.
