الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة الدور الذي تلعبه السياسة الرمزية كنوع من أنواع السياسات العامة، في تحقيق الاستقرار السياسي للدول، وتحقيق التكامل بين المواطنين والنظام القائم، من خلال التركيز على الاهتمام بالتاريخ الوطني وبطولات الأمة ورموزها، بما يعزز صورة الدولة ويرسخ مكانتها في الذاكرة الجماعية، ويدعم أسس الدولة المعنوية في الوعي الجمعي. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن لجوء الدول إلى هذا النوع من السياسات يكون بهدف تعزيز المواطنة وشد الفرد بدولته، عند مرور الدولة بسياقات داخلية وخارجية تهدد النظام السياسي بعدم الاستقرار، ما يضمن لها احتواء هذه السياقات المهددة وتجاوزها، وتحقيق نوع من الاستقرار والاستمرارية والتفاعل بين النظام السياسي والرأي العام، الأمر الذي جعل الدول تلجأ إلى اعتماد هذا النوع من السياسات بشكل دائم ومستمر. This study addresses the role played by symbolic policies, as a type of public policies, in achieving political stability and integration between citizens and the existing regime, by focusing on national history and the nation’s heroics and symbols, in a way that enhances the state’s image, consolidates its position in collective memory, and supports the state’s moral foundations in collective consciousness. The study found that countries resort to this type of policies with the aim of strengthening citizenship and bonding the individual to his state, when the state is going through internal and external contexts that threaten the political system with instability, This ensures that these threatening contexts can be contained and overcome, and that a degree of stability, continuity, and interaction between the political system and public opinion can be achieved. This has led countries to resort to adopting this type of policy on a permanent and ongoing basis.
