الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر التعليم الريادي على تعزيز الشغف الريادي للطلبة حيث طبقت الدراسة على عينة من طلبة كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة قسنطينة2، فمن خلال التعليم الريادي يمكن للطالب تحفيز وتغدية شغفه الريادي إتجاه ريادة الأعمال فهو عبارة عن مشاعر ورغبة قوية تدفع الطلبة للبدء في الأعمال الريادية، فقد إعتمدت هذه الدراسة على توزيع إستبينات قدرت ب 132إستبانة وتم تحليل البيانات بإستخدام نموذج الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد بالإعتماد على برنامجv26 spss. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التعليم الريادي بأبعاده الثلاثة ( برامج منهجية، برامج لامنهجية، التعليم الإجتماعي) يعزز بشكل كبير شغف الطلبة الريادي بحيث يبدؤون بميولات ريادية أقوى ويفكرون في إنشاء مشاريع خاصة. This study aims to demonstrate the impact of entrepreneurial education on enhancing entrepreneurial passion among students. The study was conducted on a sample of students from Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Constantine 2. Through entrepreneurial education, students can stimulate and nurture their entrepreneurial passion towards entrepreneurship, which consists of strong feelings and desires that drive students to start entrepreneurial ventures. This study relied on a questionnaire consisting of 132 items, and the data was analyzed using multiple linear regression model with the SPSS v26 software. The study concluded that the independent variable, entrepreneurial education wit its three dimensions (Curricular Programmes, Extracurricular programs, and social education), significantly enhances individuals' entrepreneurial passion, leading them to develop stronger entrepreneurial inclinations and consider starting their own ventures.
