أثر الإنفاق العام على الميزان التجاري – دراسة تحليلية قياسية لحالة الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000 – 2023

الملخص
ملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف إبراز مدى تأثر صافي الميزان التجاري بالأنفاق العام بالجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2023، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة عمد الباحثان إلى استعمال منهجين أساسين هما المنهج الوصف التحليل والمنهج القياسي، وتوصل الباحثان إلى العديد من النتائج النظرية والتطبيقية المهمة أبرزها تلك المتعلقة بتأثر الانفاق العام بالجزائر بأسعار النفط والأزمات المتعلقة بانهيار أسعاره، إضافة إلى أنه وعلى الرغم من تسجيل فوائض في الميزان التجاري طول فترة الدراسة إلا أنها فوائض نقدية كمية مرتبطة أساسا بالصادرات من البترول، كما توصل الباحثان على أن حوالي 85% من التغيرات الحاصلة في الميزان التجاري سببها التغيرات الحاصلة في الإنفاق العام بالجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإنفاق العام، الميزان التجاري، نموذج ARDL. Abstract: This study aims to examine the extent to which Algeria's net trade balance was affected by public spending during the period from 2000 to 2023. To achieve this objective, the researchers adopted two main methodologies: the descriptive-analytical approach and the econometric approach. The study yielded several important theoretical and empirical findings, most notably the significant influence of public spending in Algeria, which is highly affected by fluctuations in oil prices and crises resulting from their collapse. Despite the consistent surpluses recorded in the trade balance throughout the study period, these surpluses were primarily nominal and quantitative in nature, mainly driven by petroleum exports. Furthermore, the results revealed that approximately 85% of the variations in the trade balance could be explained by changes in public spending in Algeria during the study period.
