الملخص
لا يزال موضوع ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي يحظى باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين والمختصين ، كون التعليم العالي اليوم يعد من أهم مؤشرات تقدم وتطور الدول، وتعد الباحثة الفرنسية Marie – Françoise Fave-Bonnet من المختصين في مجال التعليم العالي التي تناولت موضوع ضمان الجودة في التعليم وحددت له مجموعة من المرتكزات هي: تقييم ،ضمان، إدارة، وعلى هذا الأساس يهدف هذا المقال الموسوم بـ ضمان الجودة في التعليم العالي عند Françoise Fave-Bonnet مقاربة نظرية لواقع الجامعة الجزائرية لاستنطاق جملة من المفاهيم والقضايا ذات الصلة بهذا القطاع الحيوي، حسب ما جاءت به الباحثة الفرنسية "Bonnet مع تقديم مقاربة نظرية تعكس نهج ضمان الجودة لواقع الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل ثلاثية التقييم، الضمان، الإدارة. Abstract : The issue of quality assurance in higher education is still of great interest by researchers and specialists in various fields, because higher education today is one of the most important indicators of the progress and development of countries, and the French researcher Françoise Fave-Bonnet is one of the specialists in the field of higher education who addressed the issue of quality assurance in higher education. A set of pillars were identified for it: Assurance assessment, management, and on this basis, this article which is titled “Quality Assurance in Higher Education according to Françoise Fave-Bonnet- a theoretical approach to the reality of the Algerian University” aims to explore a number of concepts and issues related to this vital sector according to the perspectives carried out by the French researcher Bonnet Fave-, then we will develop a theoretical approach to the reality of the Algerian university under the triple evaluation, guarantee, and management.
