What Role Does The University Play In Establishing A Culture Of Dialogue?

Abstract
The University plays a prominent role in establishing a culture of dialogue by promoting constructive communication and interaction among members of the academic community. Despite the challenges facing the establishment of this culture, such as identity conflicts and the lack of actual dialogue activation, the university works to overcome these difficulties. It does so by enhancing intellectual and cultural diversity and encouraging constructive debate and exchange of opinions among students and faculty members. Additionally, the university plays a role in promoting collaboration and interaction among individuals, enhancing mutual understanding, and respecting diverse perspectives
