الملخص
The path of local development in Algeria has known several disappointments despite all the efforts aimed at promoting local development through the many reforms approved by the Algerian state with regard to local collectivities and laws related to the development of regions, as it collided with a set of cumulative and multiple obstacles that thwarted all reform attempts and pushed the levels of local development, Some aspects of reform that reflect the change endeavors can be sought throught the municipality. عرف مسعى تجسيد التنمية المحلية في الجزائر جملة من العراقيل والمعيقات رغم كل جهود الدولة الرامية للدفع بالتنمية المحلية من خلال عديد الإصلاحات التي أقرتها الدولة الجزائرية فيما يتعلق بالجماعات المحلية والقوانين ذات الصلة بتنمية الأقاليم المحلية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن سوء التسيير والفساد أحد أبرز أسباب عرقلة جهود التنمية المحلية، إضافة للجانب الإداري والقانوني والثقافي في عرقلة المسار التنموي.
