Organizational Excellence Among Doctors In Public Hospitals: A Field Study At The Ben Toubal Mila Brothers Hospital

Abstract
This study aimed to assess the level of organizational excellence at the Brothers Ben Toubel Hospital in Mila from the doctors' perspective. A descriptive approach was utilized, and the study population consisted of 47 doctors, including 18 general practitioners and 29 specialists. A comprehensive survey method was employed for the sample study, and a questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The results indicated that the level of organizational excellence is high at the Brothers Ben Toubel Hospital in Mila. There were no statistically significant differences in organizational excellence levels between genders (male/female). However, significant differences were found between general practitioners and specialists regarding the level of organizational excellence هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مستوى التميز التنظيمي في مستشفى الأخوة بن طوبال بولاية ميلة من وجهة نظر الأطباء، أين تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من 47 طبيبا، منهم 18 ممارس عام و29 أخصائياـ وتم استخدام أسلوب المسح الشامل لدراسة العينة، كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات. أشارت النتائج إلى أن مستوى التميز التنظيمي مرتفع في مستشفى الإخوة بن طوبال بميلة، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستويات التميز التنظيمي بين الجنسين (ذكر / أنثى). ومع ذلك، وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الممارسين العامين والمتخصصين فيما يتعلق بمستوى التميز التنظيمي
