Abstract

Abstract: Amid the rapid transformations occurring worldwide in the fields of technology, economy, and society, improving the quality of higher education has become an urgent necessity to achieve academic and professional excellence. Quality assurance and academic accreditation are among the effective tools that contribute to raising the standards of higher education by ensuring that educational institutions adhere to internationally recognized academic and administrative standards. This study aims to highlight the importance of quality and academic accreditation as a strategy adopted by higher education institutions to ensure the improvement of their outcomes. However, in addition to the challenges institutions may face in applying these standards sustainably and in alignment with local conditions.
