The Linguistic Benevolence Project Of Abd Al-rahman Al-haj Saleh - Principles And Foundations –

Abstract
The scientific and the technical teaching witnessed by the world in various fields have benefited Arabic scholars. Arabic scholars benefit have benefited a lot from this development in a way that serves their Arabic language. This serves in improving and developping ways of using it especially for non native speakers . Arab scholars begin to achieve that goal by writing blogs and linguistics in general . They computerize it to update it from the paper blog to the electronic blog. This aims to upgrade the language on one hand and to facilitie its studies for researchers and science students on the other hand. Among these scholars was professor Abd Al Rahman Al Hajj Saleh who a significant and valuable efforts in this field. Thanks to the computational linguistic project that he presented which is the Arabic Linguistic repertoire project. Through this study , we try to answer the problem presented in defining this project , determining on which it was based and the benefits and results arising from it which contribute to the development of the Arabic linguistics. ملخص: بعد التطور العلمي والتقني الذي شهده العالم في مختلف الميادين، وخاصة في الميدان الحاسوبي، سعى علماء العربية إلى الاستفادة من هذا التطور بما يخدم لغتهم العربية، ليرتقوا بها ويطوروا طرق استعمالها خاصة للناطقين بغيرها، فراحوا يحاولون المساعدة في تحقيق هذه المكانة، فألفوا المدونات اللسانية واللغوية عموما ، واجتهدوا من أجل حوسبتها لترقى من المدونة الورقية إلى المدونة الالكترونية، رغبة منهم في ترقية لغتهم من جهة، وتسهيل دراساتها على الباحثين وطلاب العلم من جهة أخرى، وكان من بين هؤلاء الأستاذ عبد الرحمن الحاج صالح، الذي قدم جهود معتبرة وقيمة في هذا المجال، بفضل المشروع اللساني الحاسوبي الذي قدمه ألا وهو مشروع الذخيرة اللغوية العربية، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة نحاول الإجابة عن الإشكالية المتمثلة في التعريف بهذا المشروع، وتحديد الأسس التي قام عليها، ثم الفوائد والنتائج المترتبة عنه والتي تسهم في تطوير اللغة العربية.
