The Firm As An Institution And Influenced By The Institutions

Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to present the firm’s dual vision. The firm is considered an institution. As pointed out, the firm is an organizational structure influenced by both internal and external institutions. In this paper, a conceptual approach is discussed, the aim of which is to highlight the terminological dichotomy of the said firm. This dual vision of the firm is the two research components of the neo-institutional theory that the firm remains the primary point of analysis.
