Factors Affecting The Adoption Of Cloud Computing In Algerian Universities Case Study Center University Of Maghnia

Abstract

This study presents a model merging the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory to explore cloud computing adoption at the University Center of Maghnia in Telemen. A literature review identified key factors influencing cloud adoption, leading to the creation of a TAM–DOI framework and measurement tools. A quantitative survey of 57 university employees focused on three aspects: relative advantage, compatibility, and perceived ease of use. Results showed that relative advantage significantly affects adoption intentions, while compatibility and ease of use do not. The study underscores the importance of promoting the advantages of cloud computing and improving perceptions of its compatibility and ease of use for better adoption. تقدم هذه الدراسة نموذجًا يدمج نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (TAM) ونظرية انتشار الابتكار (DOI) لاستكشاف تبني الحوسبة السحابية في المركز الجامعي مغنية بتلمسان. حددت مراجعة الأدبيات العوامل الرئيسية التي تؤثر على تبني السحابة، مما أدى إلى إنشاء إطار عمل TAM-DOI وأدوات القياس. ركز مسح كمي لـ 57 موظفًا جامعيًا على ثلاثة جوانب: الميزة النسبية والتوافق وسهولة الاستخدام المتصورة. أظهرت النتائج أن الميزة النسبية تؤثر بشكل كبير على نوايا التبني، في حين أن التوافق وسهولة الاستخدام لا يؤثران عليها. تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية الترويج لمزايا الحوسبة السحابية وتحسين تصورات توافقها وسهولة استخدامها من أجل تبني أفضل.
