الملخص
يعد الاقتصاد في أي دولة عصب الحياة، وذلك نظرا أنه يجعل لها مكانة استراتيجية وقوة إقليمية ودولية نظير مساهمته في القضاء على المشاكل الاجتماعية في الداخل، ودعم الحلول في المجالين الاقليمي والدولي في الخارج. وتهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز مكانة الاستثمار في دعم حركة الاقتصاد والتنمية بالخصوص في الجزائر، وقد توصلنا إلى اهتمام المشرع الجزائري بهذا المجال، و إنشاءه لقانون الإستثمار الجديد 22-18، وتبين وجود سياسة تشريعية من أجل تحقيق اقتصاد قوي وناجح. The economy in any country is the lifeblood of any country, given that it gives it a strategic position and regional and international power in exchange for its contribution to eliminating social problems at home and supporting solutions in the regional and international fields abroad. The study aims to highlight the position of investment in supporting the economic and development movement, especially in Algeria. We have discovered the interest of the Algerian legislator in this field, and its establishment of the new investment law 22-18, and it has been shown that there is a legislative policy in order to achieve a strong and successful economy.
