الملخص
: لا شك أن الاستثمارات الأجنبية تلعب دورا هاما في الاقتصاد الوطني للدولة، حيث تقوم بالتكامل بين مختلف القطاعات من خلال تدفق رؤوس الأموال الأمر الذي يعمل على تحريك عجلة التنمية وتسطير طريق الازدهار من خلال المشاريع الأجنبية، حيث يتم نقل التكنلوجيا الحديثة، وجلب الادارة المتقدمة، والعمل على تدريب الكفاءات البشرية، وتجتهد مختلف الدول في العمل على تيسير البيئة الاستثمارية، وتوفير مناخ الاعمال من أجل جلب الاستثمار الأجنبي، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى رسم صورة متكاملة عن أهمية الاستثمار وماهية الحوافز التي يجب أن تتوفر لنجاح الاستثمار ، وقد توصلنا إلى ضرورة وجود الاستثمار في الدولة كغاية اقتصادية من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة There is no doubt that foreign investments play an important role in the national economy of the country, as they integrate different sectors through the flow of capital, which works to move the wheel of development and pave the way for prosperity through foreign projects, where modern technology is transferred, advanced management is brought in, and human competencies are trained. Different countries strive to facilitate the investment environment and provide a business climate in order to attract foreign investment, This study aims to draw a comprehensive picture of the importance of investment and the nature of the incentives that must be available for investment to succeed. We have concluded that investment in the country is necessary as an economic goal in order to achieve sustainable development.
