Abstract

This study examines the role of specialized commercial courts in Algeria as a key mechanism to encourage investment. These courts aim to create a secure legal environment that promotes both national and international investments. The paper investigates the evolution of these courts, focusing on their legal framework and procedures, which have been designed to accelerate dispute resolution and strengthen economic development.
