Regression Model For The Quality Of Work Life In Terms Of Empowering Doctors In Public Heath Institutions

Abstract
The main objective of this study is to determine the impact of doctors empowerment on work life quality. To serve this purpose, empowerment is taken into consideration as four dimensions – participation in the decision-making, delegation of powers, training, work teams –The effect of doctor empowerment on the level of work life quality was examined by taking these dimensions into consideration as a whole and separately. The findings suggest that there is a statistically significant effect for all dimensions of doctor empowerment on the quality of work life. Furthermore, work teams, training, and delegation of powers are the most closely related and representative dimensions if it comes to proposing a model for the relationship of empowering doctors to the quality of the work life in public institutions of neighborhood health.
