البيئة الرقمية ونشر ثقافة الحوار والاندماج الثقافي في المجتمع الجزائري الفايسبوك انموذجا

الملخص
تسعى الدراسة إلى استكشاف دور البيئة الرقمية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وخصوصًا الفايسبوك، في نشر ثقافة الحوار والاندماج الثقافي في الجزائر، مجتمع يتميز بتنوعه الثقافي والهوياتي. تأتي هذه الحاجة في ظل محاولات بعض الأطراف استخدام هذه المنصات للتحريض على العنف والتعصب خدمة لمصالحها الأيديولوجية. تهدف الدراسة إلى الإجابة عن مدى فعالية الفايسبوك كأداة لنشر ثقافة الحوار، مع التركيز على العوامل التي تؤثر في فعاليته، إضافة إلى تحديد التحديات والسبل الممكنة لتعزيز الحوار والاندماج الثقافي. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لفهم كيفية استغلال البيئة الرقمية ومنصات التواصل الاجتماعي، باستخدام برنامج تحليل البيانات النوعية MAXQDA، كما اعتمد التحليل على البيانات المتحصل عليها بواسطة الملاحظة بالمشاركة، والمقابلة وجها لوجه غير الرسمية مع 12 مبحوثا، بعدما تمت مراسلتهم عبر الإيميل.من أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة:يُعد الفايسبوك وسيلة فعالة لنشر ثقافة الحوار والتنوع، لكنه في الوقت ذاته يمكن أن يُستخدم للتحريض على العنف والتعصب. العوامل المؤثرة في فعالية استخدام هذه المنصة تشمل مستوى التعليم والإنفتاح الثقافي لدى المستخدمين، إضافة إلى إستراتيجيات الفاعلين الرقميين في تشكيل النقاشات العامة. واجهت المبادرات التي تهدف إلى نشر الحوار تحديات كبيرة. The study seeks to explore the role of the digital environment and social media platforms, especially Facebook, in spreading a culture of dialogue and cultural integration in Algeria, a society characterized by its cultural diversity and identities. This need comes with some parties' attempts to use these platforms to incite violence and intolerance in their ideological interests. The study aims to answer Facebook's effectiveness as a tool for spreading a culture of dialogue, focusing on the factors affecting its effectiveness, as well as identifying challenges and possible ways to promote dialogue and cultural integration. The study drew on the analytical descriptive curriculum to understand how to exploit the digital environment and social media platforms, using the MAXQDA qualitative data analysis program. The analysis also relied on the data obtained by participating observation, and the informal face-to-face interview with 12 researchers, after they were emailed. One of the study's most notable findings: Facebook is an effective means of spreading a culture of dialogue and diversity, but at the same time it can be used to incite violence and intolerance. Factors influencing the effectiveness of using this platform include the level of education and cultural openness of users, as well as the strategies of digital actors in shaping public debates. Initiatives aimed at disseminating dialogue have faced significant challenges.
