تمثلات القيم والأخلاقيات في العصر الرقمي: تحليل مضمون نوعي لفيديو يوتيوب باستخدام برنامج Maxqda

الملخص
تناول هذا البحث موضوعًا بالغ الأهمية يتمثل في تمثلات القيم والأخلاقيات في محتوى الفيديو الرقمي على منصة يوتيوب، حيث يسعى إلى تحليل كيف يعكس الفضاء الرقمي، لا سيما في وسائط الفيديو، التحديات القيمية والأخلاقية التي يفرضها العصر الرقمي، مثل قضايا الخصوصية، خطاب الكراهية، المعلومات المضللة، الفجوة الرقمية، وأخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي. ينطلق البحث من إشكالية مركزية مفادها: كيف يتم تمثيل التحديات الأخلاقية والقيمية للعصر الرقمي في محتوى يوتيوب؟، ويهدف إلى الكشف عن الأساليب السردية والبلاغية المستخدمة، والجهات الفاعلة التي يتم إبراز دورها في هذا السياق، مع الاستفادة من قدرات برنامج MAXQDA في التحليل النوعي للمحتوى الرقمي متعدد الوسائط. اعتمد الباحث منهجية تحليل مضمون نوعي لعينة هادفة من فيديوهات يوتيوب، مع تطوير نظام ترميز دقيق مستند إلى الأدبيات النظرية، إضافة إلى رموز مستنبطة من البيانات نفسها. تم استخدام أدوات تحليل متقدمة مثل مصفوفات الرموز، والشبكات الدلالية، وتقارير الرموز لتفكيك الأنماط التكرارية والموضوعات الأساسية. وقد توصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج المهمة، من أبرزها أن التحديات الأخلاقية في العصر الرقمي لا يمكن تجاهلها أو تأجيلها، بل تتطلب استجابة معرفية ومؤسساتية متكاملة. كما أظهر أن المنصات الرقمية، وعلى رأسها يوتيوب، لا تكتفي بنقل المحتوى، بل تشارك في تشكيل الوعي القيمي، وتلعب دورًا محوريًا في ترسيخ أو زعزعة المنظومة الأخلاقية للمجتمع. خلص البحث إلى أن التربية الرقمية، والممارسات الإعلامية المسؤولة، والتشريعات المنظمة، تمثل الركائز الأساسية للتصدي للمخاطر الأخلاقية الناشئة. يُعد هذا البحث مساهمة علمية نوعية في فهم البُعد الأخلاقي للممارسات الرقمية، ويفتح آفاقًا جديدة أمام الباحثين والمشرّعين والممارسين الإعلاميين لفهم هذا الفضاء المتحول والتفاعل معه بشكل أكثر وعيًا ومسؤولية. This research addressed a critical theme of values and ethics in digital video content on YouTube, where it seeks to analyze how digital space, especially in video media, reflects the value and ethical challenges posed by the digital age, such as privacy issues, hate speech, misinformation, digital divide, and artificial intelligence ethics. The research is based on a central problem: how are the ethical and value challenges of the digital age represented in YouTube content?, It aims to detect narrative and rhetorical methods used, and actors whose role is highlighted in this context, while drawing on MAXQDA's capabilities for qualitative analysis of multimedia digital content. The researcher adopted a qualitative content analysis methodology for a targeted sample of YouTube videos, with the development of an accurate coding system based on theoretical literature, as well as symbols extracted from the data itself. Advanced analysis tools such as code matrices, semantic networks, and code reports have been used to dismantle repetitive patterns and core themes. Research has reached a number of important findings, most notably that ethical challenges in the digital age cannot be ignored or postponed, but require an integrated cognitive and institutional response. It also showed that digital platforms, primarily YouTube, not only transmit content, but also engage in shaping value consciousness, playing a pivotal role in entrenching or destabilizing the moral system of society. The research concluded that digital education, responsible media practices and organized legislation were the fundamental pillars of addressing emerging ethical risks. This research is a qualitative scientific contribution to understanding the ethical dimension of digital practices and opens up new prospects for researchers, legislators and media practitioners to understand and interact with this transformed space more consciously and responsibly.
