The Role Of Artificial Intelligence Tools In Accelerating And Enhancing Financial Services.

Abstract
Artificial intelligence is to create machines that are able to imitate human being in many tasks such as learning, thinking, teaching, communicating and especially solving problems. This is widely used in order to improve the people’s life. The leaders of financial industry are struggling in order to making financial services more efficient by utilizing the AI applications. This study aims to highlighting the main applications of AI technology that financial companies implement in order to enhance its services. The study concludes that financial and banking institutions mainly apply AI in various ways such as Algorithmic trading, Banking chatbots and Fraud detection. الذكاء الاصطناعي هو إنشاء آلات قادرة على تقليد الإنسان في العديد من المهام مثل التعلم والتفكير والتدريس والتواصل وخاصة حل المشكلات. ويستخدم هذا على نطاق واسع من أجل تحسين حياة الناس. يسعى قادة الصناعة المالية من أجل جعل الخدمات المالية أكثر كفاءة من خلال استخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التطبيقات الرئيسية لتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي التي تنفذها الشركات المالية لتعزيز خدماتها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية تقوم بشكل أساسي بالذكاء الاصطناعي بطرق مختلفة مثل التداول الخوارزمي وروبوتات الدردشة المصرفية واكتشاف الاحتيال.
