الإستبداد الرقمي عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وتهديداته لحرية التعبير- دراسة مسحية لعينة من مستخدمي فيسبوك

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإستبداد والتعسف الرقمي الممارس في شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي ممثلة في شبكة فيسبوك، على حرية التعبير لدى المستخدمين، وهذا بعدما إعتقد الجميع أن هذا المفهوم قد وجد بيئته المثالية لتجسيد مبادئه المستمدة من الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية في مادته التاسعة عشر (19) ، وقد تمت هذه الدراسة بالاعتماد على المنهج المسحي، وبعينة قوامها ثلاثة وسبعون 73 مفردة، وبإستخدام أداة الإستبيان الإلكتروني، لأجل جمع المعلومات والبيانات والحقائق للإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة والوصول إلى الأهداف المرجوة، وقد تم الإستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية spss في نسخته 23، حيث توصلت الدراسة لمجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أن هناك تقييد وكبح لحرية التعبير عبر شبكة الفيسبوك راجع في أغلبه إلى محاولة مالك هذه الوسيلة فرض أجنده وسياسته، أي أنه التعبير عن الأراء مرتبط بمدى توافق هذه الرؤى مع مالك هذه الوسيلة، خاصة ما يتعلق بالقضايا العربية والإسلامية ومن أبرزها القضية الفلسطينية. كلمات مفتاحية: الإستبداد الرقمي، شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي، الفيسبوك، حرية التعبير. Abstract The study aimed to identify the tyranny and digital arbitrariness practiced in social networks represented in Facebook, on the freedom of expression of users, after everyone believed that this concept has found its ideal environment to embody its principles derived from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in its nineteenth article (19). This study was carried out by relying on the survey method, with a sample of 73 individuals, and using the electronic questionnaire tool, in order to collect information, data and facts to answer the question posed and reach the desired goals, and the statistical package program spss was used in its 23 version, where the study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a presence of the concept of human rights. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a restriction and inhibition of freedom of expression through the Facebook network mostly due to the attempt of the owner of this medium to impose his agenda and policy, that is, the expression of opinions is linked to the extent to which these visions are compatible with the owner of this medium, especially with regard to Arab and Islamic issues, most notably the Palestinian issue.
