تتصميم مكاتب العمل في ضوء مبادئ الأرغونوميا من وجهة نظر مستشاري التوجيه وإنعكاساتها على أدائهم الإرشادي في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة تصميم مكاتب مستشاري التوجيه في التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظرهم، في ضوء مبادئ الأرغونوميا وإنعكاسات هذا التصميم على أدائهم الإرشادي ، بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ،حيث تم إجراء مقابلات موجهة مع عينة من مستشاري التوجيه ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن المبادئ المتبعة في التصميم لا تخدم إحتياجات مستشاري التوجيه الأمر الذي إنعكس على أدائهم سواء الإرشادي والإداري ، وعليه توصي الدراسة بإعادة النظر في التصاميم المتبعة للمكاتب بما يخدم مصلحة مستخدم المكتب ويدعم أدائه لتقديم الأفضل TThis study aimed to identify the nature of the design of guidance counselors’ offices in middle school from their point of view, in light of the principles of ergonomics and the implications of this design on their guidance performance, relying on the descriptive approach, where directed interviews were conducted with a sample of guidance counselors, and the study concluded that the principles The design practice did not serve the needs of guidance counselors, which was reflected in their performance, both guidance and administrative. Therefore, the study recommends reconsidering the designs used for offices in a way that serves the interest of the office user and supports his performance to provide the best
