جهود و تحديات مجلس السلم و الأمن الافريقي في مواجهة النزاعات و الصراعات الافريقية و انتهاكات حقوق الانسان

الملخص

يعد مجلس السلم والأمن الافريقي أحد الآليات المهمة داخل الاتحاد الإفريقي لتوحيد الجهود للوصول الى سياسة أمنية مشتركة بين الدول الإفريقية، كما يعد مكسباً مؤسسيا جديدا ونقلة نوعية في سبيل تطوير استراتيجية أمنية وتنموية من شأنها أن تحدّ من النزاعات والصراعات وانتهاكات حقوق الإنسان في أكثر قارات العالم تعرضا لذلك، أدراكا من مؤسسيه أنّ السلام والأمن شرطان أساسيان لتحقيق التنمية بجميع ابعادها. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة الموسومة بـ: "جهود وتحديات مجلس السلم والحسن الأفريقي في مواجهة النزاعات والصراعات الإفريقية وانتهاكات حقوق الانسان "، لبيان أهم ما بذله المجلس من جهود في سبيل حل وتسوية بعض النزاعات الافريقية، والوقوف على أهم التحديات والمعوقات التي تحدّ من عمله في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف المسطرّة في وثيقة إنشائه. The African Peace and Security Council is one of the important mechanisms within the African Union to unite efforts to reach a common security policy among African countries and is a new institutional gain and paradigm shift in the development of a security and development strategy that will reduce conflicts, conflicts and human rights violations on the world's most vulnerable continents, Recognizing that peace and security are prerequisites for development in all its dimensions. This study, marked as follows: "The efforts and challenges of the African Peace and Security Council in the face of African conflicts, conflicts and human rights violations", illustrates the most important efforts made by the Council to resolve and resolve certain African conflicts and to identify the most important challenges and obstacles limiting its work towards achieving the objectives outlined in its establishment document.
