الملخص
.يناقش المقال التمويل البيئ الدولي لمواجهة التغيرات المناخية،والذي تم استحداثه وفقا لمبدأ المسؤولية المشتركة والمتباينة ،التي تفرض على الدول الغنية والنامية اقتسام أعباء مكافحة التغير المناخي والحفاظ على التنمية المستدامة.وتم التركيز على الآليات والصناديق التي أنشأت لهذا الغرض ومختلف التعقيدات التي تواجه هذا لتمويل و تحد من جهود المجتمع الدولي لحماية الأمن البيئ الدولي. Abstract: The article discusses international environmental financing to combat climate change, which was created according to the principle of common but differentiated responsibility, which requires rich and developing countries to share the burdens of combating climate change and maintaining sustainable development. The focus was on the mechanisms and funds established for this purpose and the various complexities facing this financing and limiting the efforts of the international community to protect international environmental security.
