السياسة النقدية، تحليل قــناة سعر الصرف في الإقتصاد الجزائري

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة قــناة سعر الصرف في الاقتصاد الجزائري وذلك باستخدام نموذج شعاع الإنحدار الذاتي VAR. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن تشديد السياسة النقدية للبنك المركزي الجزائري يُـــؤدي، كما هو متوقع نظريا، إلى انخفاض سعر الصرف، والذي يُــؤثر بِــدوره عكسيا، بِــخلاف ما هو متوقع، في الإنتاج والأسعار. زيادة على ذلك، فإن أهمية قناة سعر الصرف كجزء من آلية نقل أثر السياسة النقدية في الجزائر لا تزال ضعيفة. This paper studies the exchange rate channel in Algeria economy. Using the vector autoregression method (VAR). We find that the tightening of the monetary policy of the Central Bank of Algeria leads, as theoretically expected, to a depreciation of the exchange rate, which in turn inversely affects, contrary to what is expected, production and prices. Moreover, the importance of the exchange rate channel as a part of the monetary policy transmission mechanism in Algeria remains weak.
