أثر التمويل المصرفي على القطاع الزراعـي في الجزائر: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج (ardl) خلال الفترة (2000-2021)

الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر القطاع الزراعي قطاعا حساساً وفاعلا أساسيا في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بل ويشكل الركيزة الأساسية لباقي القطاعات الاقتصادية في دول العالم عامة وفي الدول النامية خاصةً. لهذا تهتم حكومات هذه الدول النامية اهتماما كبيرا بتطويره وعصرنــتـه وبالسعي حثيثا لتوفير التمويل اللازم لتنميته. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر التمويل المصرفي على القطاع الزراعـي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2000-2021)، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتـي للفجوات الـمُـتـباطــئــة الـمُــوزعة (ARDL). أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنه يوجد تأثير موجب ومعنوي في الأجل القصير للقروض الفلاحية على الإنتاج الفلاحي بالجزائر، بينما لهذه القروض تـأثير ضعيف وغير هام (غير معنوي إحصائياً) على الإنتاج الزراعي في الأجل الطويل. ولهذا يجب على السلطات المعنية أن تُكثف الجهود وتعيد النظر في سياساتها لضمان وجود فعالية في منح القروض الموجهة للقطاع. Abstract: The agricultural sector is considered a sensitive sector for economic and social development, and it constitutes the main pillar of other economic sectors in developing countries. Therefore, the governments of these countries are interested in providing the necessary funding to develop and modernize it. This paper aims to study the impact of banking finance on the agricultural sector in Algeria during the period (2000-2021), using the ARDL model. The results of the study showed that there is a positive and significant impact in the short term of agricultural credits on agricultural production in Algeria, while these loans have a weak and insignificant impact (statistically insignificant) on agricultural production in the long term. Therefore, the relevant authorities must intensify efforts and reconsider their policies to ensure the effectiveness of granting loans directed to the sector.
