الرعاية الصحية الرقمية والتطبيب عن بعد: استراتيجيات لتعزيز الأمن الصحي.

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى استكشاف دور الرعاية الصحية الرقمية والتطبيب عن بُعد في تعزيز الأمن الصحي، حيث يشمل هذا المفهوم استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والاتصالات لتحسين جودة الرعاية الصحية وتوسيع فرص الوصول إلى الخدمات الصحية. خاصة مع تزايد التحديات الصحية مثل الأمراض المزمنة وظهور الأوبئة، لتبرز الصحة الرقمية كأداة حاسمة لتعزيز الأمن الصحي، وبناء أنظمة صحية أكثر مرونة وتكاملا، والمساهمة في دعم جهود التصدي للأزمات الصحية. ومن الأبعاد الرئيسية في هذا البحث توضيح مدى أهمية استخدام الوسائط الرقمية في الوصول إلى البيانات الصحية، ما يسهل عملية الوصول إلى المعلومات والمعارف الصحية ويعزز القدرة على التنبؤ بالأمراض، وتوجيه السياسات الصحية بشكل أكثر دقة وفعالية. كما يعرض البحث التحديات المرتبطة بتطبيق الصحة الرقمية وتحقيق الأمن الصحي This research aims to explore the role of digital healthcare and telemedicine in enhancing health security. This concept includes the use of information and communication technologies to improve healthcare quality and expand access to health services, especially in the face of increasing health challenges such as chronic diseases and the emergence of epidemics. Digital health has emerged as a critical tool for strengthening health security, building more resilient and integrated health systems, and supporting efforts to address health crises. A key aspect of this research is to highlight the importance of using digital media to access health data, which facilitates the process of obtaining health information and knowledge, enhances the ability to predict diseases, and guides health policies more accurately and effectively. The research also discusses the challenges associated with the implementation of digital health and achieving health security.
