الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية ظاهرة فوضى المفاهيم وحالة الشواش الاصطلاحي في حقل علوم الاعلام والاتصال في الفضاء العربي، وهي لا شك ظاهرة تُشكل تحِديًّا كبيرًا وواضحًا أمام التطور الطبيعي لهذا الحقل الفتي الذي استطاع عن جدارة مسنودًا بالتطورات المتسارعة لتكنولوجيات الاتصال من أخذ مكانة مرموقة بين مختلف الحقول المعرفية والتخصصات العلمية في مختلف الدول والمجتمعات ، التي تتفاوت طبعًا في مدى حضور هذا الحقل ومستوى التقدم والتطور الذي بلغه ، ففي المنطقة العربية عموما والتي تعتبر الجغرافيا الجزائرية امتداد طبيعيا لها ، مازال هذا الحقل يسير بخطوات بطيئة ، نظرًا لوجود الكثير من العوائق والمطبات التي تعرقل وتحول دون أنْ يأخذ هذا الحقل مكانته الأساسية التي أصبحت ضرورية في ظل بروز وتخلق ظواهر اجتماعية ونفسية واقتصادية وسياسية ، ناتجة عن التطور التكنولوجي الهائل الذي جعل من التغير حتمية اجتماعية وطبيعية ، ويعد بتغيرات جذرية وعميقة وواسعة وبعيدة الأثر ، وصفها " جان بورديار " بالقيامة الثقافية. الكلمات المفتاحية : فوضى المفاهيم ، حقل الاعلام والاتصال ، الترجمة . Abstract: This research paper addresses the phenomenon of conceptual chaos and terminological confusion in the field of media and communication sciences in the Arab world. This phenomenon is undoubtedly a major and clear challenge to the natural development of this young field, which has deservedly, supported by the accelerating developments of communication technologies, taken a prestigious place among the various fields of knowledge and scientific specializations in different countries and societies. These societies vary, of course, in the extent of the presence of this field and the level of progress and development it has reached. In the Arab region in general, which considers Algerian geography a natural extension of it, this field is still moving at a slow pace, due to the existence of many obstacles and pitfalls that hinder and prevent this field from taking its essential place, which has become necessary in light of the emergence and creation of social, psychological, economic, and political phenomena, resulting from the tremendous technological development that has made change a social and natural inevitability, and promises fundamental, deep, wide, and far-reaching changes, described by "Jean Baudrillard" as cultural resurrection.
