التسرب في الوسط المدرسي أسبابه وآليات العلاج(دراسة تحليلية)

الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة إشكالية لظاهرة التسرب في الوسط المدرسي وأثارها السلبية على الأفراد والمجتمع. بهدف التقصي والبحث إلى تحديد الأسباب الرئيسية والكامنة وراء هذه تفشي الظاهرة وتقديم آليات ناجعة وفعالة لعلاجها. تم تقسيم البحث إلى أربعة محاور رئيسية: مفهوم التسرب المدرسي والمفاهيم ذات الصلة به وأنواعه ،الدراسات التي تناولت التسرب المدرسي ،أسباب التسرب في الوسط المدرسي وإستراتيجيات العلاج. أسفرت النتائج من خلال التقصي والتحليل في الموضوع إلى أن العوامل الإقتصادية مثل الفقر تلعب دورا حاسما وقويا في دفع التلاميذ للتسرب، بالإضافة إلى تأثير العوامل الإجتماعية مثل التفكك والعنف الأسري.كذلك النقص في التحفيز وغياب البرامج التعليمية الجاذبة يسهمان بشكل كبير في هذه الظاهرة. نوصي في الأخير بتوفير دعم مالي للأسر ذات الدخل المنخفض، وتحسين البيئة التعليمية من خلال تطوير برامج تتناسب مع إحتياجات المتمدرسين. والتأكيد على ضرورة التوعية بأهمية التعليم كوسيلة لخفض معدلات التسرب وضمان مستقبل أفضل للتلاميذ. This study addresses the issue of dropout phenomena in the school environment and its negative effects on individuals and society. The aim is to investigate and research the main underlying causes of this phenomenon and to provide effective and efficient mechanisms for addressing it. The research is divided into four main sections: the concept of school dropout and related concepts and types; studies that have addressed school dropout; causes of dropout in the school environment; and treatment strategies. The results from the investigation and analysis reveal that economic factors, such as poverty, play a crucial and strong role in pushing students to drop out, in addition to the impact of social factors such as family disintegration and domestic violence. Furthermore, a lack of motivation and the absence of engaging educational programs significantly contribute to this phenomenon .Finally, we recommend providing financial support to low-income families, improving the educational environment by developing programs that meet the needs of students, and emphasizing the importance of awareness regarding education as a means to reduce dropout rates and ensure a better future for students.
