الملخص
حققت الثورة التكنولوجية الراهنة تقدما مذهلا، تمثلت آخر تطوراتها في بروز تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي أحدثت ثورة رقمية كبيرة، في كل المجالات الحيوية كالتعلم، والاقتصاد والصحة ومختلف الخدمات..، ويعتمد الذكاء الاصطناعي أساسا على الخوارزميات الذكية وعلى قاعدة بيانات ضخمة، وقد يشمل جزء كبير من تلك البيانات المعلومات الشخصية للأفراد ما ينتج عنه انتهاك لخصوصيتهم وتوظيفها لأغراض غير مشروعة. وتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتوضيح آلية عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي وطبيعة العلاقة القائمة بينه وبين حق الانسان المشروع في الخصوصية، كما تمّ التعرض في طيات هذا البحث لأبرز انتهاكات الأنظمة الذكية لهذا الحق، من خلال الاستعانة بالمنهجين التحليلي والنقدي، لتثمر نتائج ذلك التعرض لآليات حماية خصوصية الانسان مع تقديم بعض التوصيات من زاوية رؤية فلسفية أخلاقية لحماية خصوصية الانسان من مخاطر الأنظمة الذكية. Its latest development has been the emergence of artificial intelligence techniques that have brought about a major digital revolution, in all vital fields such as learning, economics, health, and various services. This data is the personal information of individuals, resulting in a violation of their privacy and being used for illegal purposes. This research paper aims to clarify the mechanism of the work of Artificial Intelligence and the nature of the relationship that exists between it and the legitimate human right to privacy. The most important violations of it by intelligent systems were also presented in the course of this research, and the research methodology was based on the analytical and critical approaches, so that its results yield exposure to mechanisms for protecting human privacy. With some recommendations presented from the perspective of an ethical philosophical vision to protect human privacy from the dangers of smart systems
