الملخص
بدأ الذكاء الاصطناعي منذ ستينيات القرن العشرين يغزوا مجالات واسعة من حياة الإنسان، امتد استعماله من تخزين المعلومات وإرسالها، إلى الاعتماد عليه في مجالات أدق وأخص كالصناعة والتجارة والصحة والتعليم وغيرها، لكن سرعان ما امتد إلى مجالات لم يكن إنسان الماضي يحلم بها، خاصة مع التطورات المذهلة التي يشهدها هذا المجال والتي امتدت من محاكاة العمليات العقلية للإنسان ومحاولة حوسبتها وفهمها، إلى جعل الحواسيب تكتسب صفة الذكاء ويكون لها القدرة على القيام بأشياء كانت إلى عهد قريب حكرا على الإنسان كالتفكير والتعلم والإبداع والتخاطب وغيرها، بل والعمل على الوصول بها إلى مرحلة التفكير الذاتي والاستقلالية. الأمر الذي أدى إلى ظهور مخاوف أخلاقية ترجمت من خلال التفكير في وضع ضوابط أخلاقية لهذا المجال تحدد كيفية تصرف الآلات الذكية، وقد ارتبطت البدايات الأولى لهذا التفكير بالأدب والخيال العلمي، الذي شكل خطوة استباقية سبقت التطورات الحالية للذكاء الاصطناعي وبشرت بها. الإشكالية:: كيف ساهمت القوانين الأخلاقية المقترحة من قبل إسحاق أزيموف في فتح باب التفكير في أخلاقيات الذكاء الاصطناعي ؟ Abstract: Since the 1960s, artificial intelligence has begun to invade vast areas of human life, Its use extended from storing and sending information, to relying on it in more precise and specific fields such as industry, commerce, health, education, and others. But it soon expanded into areas that people of the past had never dreamed of, It is expected that the next stage will increase our reliance on artificial intelligence, especially with the amazing developments witnessed in this field, which extend from simulating human mental processes and trying to computerize and understand them. To make computers acquire the quality of intelligence and have the ability to do things that were until recently limited to humans, such as thinking, learning, creativity, communication, etc., and even work to bring them to the stage of self-thinking and independence. Which led to the emergence of ethical concerns that were translated into thinking about establishing ethical controls for this field that determine how intelligent machines behave. The first beginnings of this thinking were associated with literature and science fiction, which constituted a proactive approach that preceded and heralded current developments in artificial intelligence. The problematic: How did the ethical laws proposed by Isaac Asimov pave the way for discussions on the ethics of artificial intelligence?.
