الملخص
بيان أول نوفمبر 1954 یعد أول خطاب وجهته جبهة التحرير الوطني و الوثیقة الأولى التي أعلنت عن إندلاع الثورة ضد الاحتلال الفرنسي وله قيمة تاریخیة إذ يعد أول من عرّف بثورة التحرير الجزائرية، كما كان له دور بارز في الدعوة إلى التركیز على المبتغى الأساسي للشعب الجزائري و ھو الإستقلال الوطني، زيادة إلى كونه مصدر مرجعی بالنسبة للثورة التحريرية وكذا بناء الجمهورية الجزائرية المستقلة ذات سيادة ، إذ يعد دستور الثورة التحريرية عمل على توجیه، تركيز وتوحید الجزائریین على مبدأ الاستقلال والحریة وبناء الدولة الجزائریة العصریة في إطار المبادئ الإسلامیة، كما یعتبر مكمل للأھداف التي كانت ترمي إلیھا مسیرة الحركة الوطنیة كمطلب أساسي للعب الجزائري الحرن وعليه سنحاول من خلال هذه المساهمة البحثية الوقوف على المبادى القانونية المستوحات من بيان أول نوفمبر الذي أسس لملحمة تحريرية بقيت شاهدة على التضحيات الجسام للشعب الجزائري على مر العصور. The statement of the first of November 1954 is the first speech addressed by the National Liberation Front and the first document that announced the outbreak of the revolution against the French occupation and has historical value, as it is the first to be known as the Algerian liberation revolution, and it also had a prominent role in calling for focusing on the basic goal of the Algerian people, which is national independence, in addition to being a source of reference for the liberation revolution as well as building an independent and sovereign Algerian republic, as the constitution of the liberation revolution worked to guide it, Focusing and uniting Algerians on the principle of independence, freedom and building a modern Algerian state within the framework of Islamic principles, as it is considered complementary to the goals that were aimed at the march of the national movement as a basic requirement for playing Algerian freedom, and therefore we will try through this research contribution to identify the legal principles inspired by the November First Statement, which established an editorial epic that remained a witness to the great sacrifices of the Algerian people throughout the ages.
