Abstract
Total Quality Management (TQM) is a comprehensive approach that aims to improve all aspects of educational institutions, including values, regulations, behaviors, relationships, interactions, curricula, activities, and technology utilization. It is a collaborative effort that involves management, staff, and stakeholders with the goal of continuously enhancing educational institutions. This research explores the fundamental concepts of TQM in education, emphasizing its importance in addressing contemporary challenges in educational administration and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
