Abstract

Given the significant advancements in communication and information technology, the modernization of economic institutions in the digital era necessitates the preparation of human capital, the core component of these institutions. Investing in human capital through education and training creates a skilled workforce, facilitating the transition from commodity-based to digital production. Thus, this research aims to highlight the role of digital transformation in enhancing investment in human capital.
